Terms of Service
1. Age requirement
You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to create an account and use KASYNX.
2. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the work you post. By posting, you grant KASYNX a license to display and distribute your content on the platform. Do not post work you don't have the rights to share.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
KASYNX does not guarantee hiring, income, followers, or boost results of any kind.
4. Prohibited conduct
Scams, impersonation, harassment, and misrepresentation of work or identity are prohibited and may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.
5. Payments
Paid features (subscriptions, boosts, featured jobs) are processed through Stripe. Refund terms are described in a separate refund policy, published once payments are enabled.
6. Intellectual property reporting
If you believe content on KASYNX infringes your copyright, use the report tool or contact us with the details of the work and the infringing content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as KASYNX develops. Material changes will be announced.
